Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ProjectHOLO handles information when you visit our website, sign in, use our image and video generation tools or API console, and make payments. It covers projectholo.us and its online and api subdomains.
1. Account information and Google sign-in
When you use Sign in with Google, Google provides a signed identity credential containing account information such as your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, and, where supplied, name and profile picture. We use the credential to verify your identity, create or locate your ProjectHOLO account, and establish a login session. Our registration rules accept verified personal @gmail.com accounts.
Google sign-in does not give ProjectHOLO your Google password. Our sign-in integration requests basic identity information; it does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts. Your Google password and any Google security checks are handled by Google. Google also processes information under Google's Privacy Policy.
2. Creative content and service records
We process prompts, uploaded images or other reference material, generation settings, generated outputs, and task identifiers to deliver the features you request, show task history, and provide downloads. Selected model services and the infrastructure used to deliver them process the content needed to fulfill those requests. Avoid submitting information that you do not have permission to share with these services.
We also process account identifiers, session information, API usage, task status, credit balances, and transaction records to operate your account, calculate usage, investigate failures, and reconcile charges and refunds.
3. Payments, security and browser storage
Payment providers, including Stripe for Stripe checkout, process the payment details you submit on their checkout pages. ProjectHOLO uses order identifiers, amounts, payment status, and refund information to update your balance and maintain transaction records. The payment provider's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and error or access logs for service delivery, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. The website uses browser storage for login state, interface preferences, and local task/history caches. Clearing browser storage can sign you out, reset preferences, or remove locally cached history.
4. Sharing and international processing
Information is processed by the hosting, storage, security, payment, and model service providers needed to operate the features you use. Support and operational access may be needed to investigate an issue or protect the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents. Providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own.
5. Retention and your choices
Retention depends on the purpose of the record: account operation, task delivery and history, payment reconciliation, security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deleting a browser session or disconnecting Google does not by itself delete your ProjectHOLO account, content, or transaction records. Backup copies may persist separately from active service records.
You can sign out, clear local browser storage, and review or remove ProjectHOLO access in your Google Account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of your ProjectHOLO information, contact us using the address below. Include your account email and the relevant task or order identifiers, but never send passwords, verification codes, API keys, or login tokens. We may need to verify account ownership and explain any records that must be retained.
